Luxury Picnics

SETUP:  We deliver our luxurious teepee picnics to your picnic location with everything you need for an unforgettable evening – comfy seating, silk flowers, lanterns, tables, and all the picnic essentials – right to your chosen farm location.  Montana weather can be playful, so we creatively set up most of your picnic inside two stylish teepee's, keeping everything perfectly prepped.  When you arrive, personalize your private haven outside the teepee's and enjoy breathtaking views under a canopy of stars. Simply return the picnic gear to the teepee when you're done – the rest of the cleanup is on us!  Relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories – effortlessly.

INCLUDED ITEMS: In each picnic we provide full place settings to include silverwear, linen napkins, plates, wine glasses, serving dishes and place mats. Picnics are designed with beautiful lanterns and candles, low wood tables, pillows for seating, chairs or lean chairs for every guest, picnic blankets and throws/blankets for when the sun goes down, ice buckets, openers, bluetooth speaker, conversation game and more. 

FOOD & ADD-ONS:  Think of us as your Five-Star picnic concierges.  We will shop for your food if you like and provide fresh flowers at all price-points.  For any special requests not listed , please send us a message, so we can attempt to make your occasion truly tailored to your personal preference.  

BRING YOUR OWN FOOD: Or bring your own food!  We've had clients bring pizza, donuts, Chipolte catering, grocery platters and homemade goodies.  

OR WE WILL PICK UP YOUR FOOD:  If you want us to take care of the running around, we got you!  We will suggest a simple but yummy meal which includes:

• Gourmet Sandwiches
• Chips & Salsa / Gorgeous Charcuterie Boards
• Salads
• Fruit
• Dessert
• Water

Or you can go all out and choose from our curated beautiful menu full of picnic worthy meals, desserts and appetizers.  Choose from our online menu which includes gourmet sandwiches..  We can pick up amazing charcuterie boards, sandwiches, salads, fresh fruit, vegetables, and/or meats & cheeses.  Amazing pastries and desserts from a local James Beard baker.  Delicious flatbreads and salads from a local favorite restaurant.  

We do not supply or promote any alcoholic beverages.

BRING YOUR OWN FOOD If you would like to bring your own food, you only pay for the picnic. 

PRICING PICNIC + FOOD: If you would like us to shop for your food, our concierge service starts at $100 (add-on) plus the cost of your food.

We professionally clean all blankets, pillow cases and linens.  All surfaces are meticulously cleaned and sanitized.  We try extremely hard to be 100% plastic free, using only recyclable products if we must such as trash-bags and containers for left-overs.
