Adventure Picnics

DELIVERY & SETUP: We deliver your complete picnic to your door.  We email you a map of you adventure and where ideal picnic spots are located.  Ultimately, you will set up the picnic where you wish and stay out as long as you wish.  We ask that you clean-up after your picnic and leave no trace of trash or footprint.  We will pick-up your picnic the following day from your hotel or ft doorstep.  

INCLUDED ITEMS: In each picnic we provide full place settings to include disposable bamboo silverwear, paper linen napkins, bamboo plates, thermal wine gobblets, and place mats. Picnics are designed with a beautiful low wood table to hold your food, chairs or lean chairs, picnic blankets, a cute flower vase, openers, bluetooth speaker, conversation game and more. 

We will shop for your food if you like and/or provide fresh flowers at all price-points.  Add-ons are available, think of us as your Five-Star picnic concierges.  For any special requests not listed , please send us a message, so we can attempt to make your occasion truly tailored to your personal preference.  

BRING YOUR OWN FOOD: Or bring your own food!  We've had clients bring pizza, donuts, Chipolte catering, grocery platters and homemade goodies.  

OR WE WILL PICK UP YOUR FOOD:  If you want us to take care of the running around, we got you!  We will suggest a simple but yummy meal which includes:

• Gourmet Sandwich or salad
• Chips & Salsa
• small side salad or fruit to share
• Cookie
• Water

Or you can go all out and choose from our curated beautiful menu full of picnic worthy meals, desserts and appetizers.  Choose from our online menu which includes gourmet sandwiches..  We can pick up amazing charcuterie boards, sandwiches, salads, fresh fruit, vegetables, and/or meats & cheeses.  Amazing pastries and desserts from a local James Beard baker.  Delicious flatbreads and salads from a local favorite restaurant.  

We do not supply or promote any alcoholic beverages.

BRING YOUR OWN FOOD If you would like to bring your own food, you only pay for the picnic. 

PRICING PICNIC + FOOD: If you would like us to shop for your food, our concierge service starts at $100 (add-on) plus the cost of your food.

We've partnered with some of Bozeman's most captivating Entertainment Venues to provide the perfect backdrop for your unforgettable experience.  If you already have an event scheduled there, you can likely bring on to their property and set up there.  

During your reservation, simply let us know your preferred venue, and take it from there and  send you a detailed map with easy-to-follow directions, ensuring a smooth and stress-free arrival.

We professionally clean all blankets, pillow cases and linens.  All surfaces are meticulously cleaned and sanitized.  We try extremely hard to be 100% plastic free, using only recyclable products if we must...trash-bags and containers for left-overs.
