BOZEMAN'S BEST | HOW DOES IT WORK?

We offer several styles for your picnic. Each includes the essentials for a luxury experience. Please view our gallery to help when deciding which picnic style you would like.  **Prices do vary depending on group size and event. 

Once you’ve decided on your picnic style and any potential add-ons, fill out our Picnic Inquiry form and give us all the details. We’ll ask several questions to help get a feel for the occasion, and then we’ll follow up with a formalized quote based on your selections, party size, etc.

Once we’ve confirmed all the details, we ask for a 25% deposit to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the event. Note: Deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable within 90 days.

Send us an email and we will send you a picnic request form.  Someone will be in touch with you within 24 hours to confirm availabilty and chat about additional requests, add-ons, or questions.  Once we discuss details, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to book your picnic.  We cannot wait to hear from you! 

The sooner the better.  If you know the date and time of your event list it in your email!  Picnics book out quickly, so the sooner you book, the better.  We can also react quickly if you have a last minute request.  

Yes, we do charge an upcharge for deliveries outside of Bozeman city limits.  

Our picnics are designed to be interactive cool Montana picnics.  We Deliver the ADVENTURE and MOUNTAIN picnics to your door and we pick them up the following day (this is included in the price).  We do not set these picnics up for you or tear them down in any way.  We do a 3/4 setup and teardown of the TEEPEE/LUXURY PICNICS the following morning, which is all included in the price.  

Our Concierge service where we offer to pick-up food is usually $100, not including the price of the food, 

Yes, absolutely.  ***Bozemans Best Picnic Company does NOT provide alcohol, touch any food or provide catering to any event, however we work with local eateries to accomodate your needs.  

If something comes up, no worries!  We offer our clients the option to reschedule with no additional fees (as long as pre-requested within 72 hours before picnic).  Please note that we do not offer refunds on your 25% deposit should you decide to cancel altogether.  

During the Spring and Summer months showers and wind are always a possibility in the early evening. If the weather is reporting a 40% or higher chance of rain storms or high winds by 8:00 am the morning of your picnic, we will cancel your picnic.  If the weather report calls for scattered showers, we will text you and have you decide if you would like to chance it.  

We do recommend getting out in the morning vs the evening if you are worried about showers. 

In the event of rain on the day of your picnic, all food/florals are the responsibility of client. Posh Picnic Co. is not responsible for re-payment. If the picnic is rescheduled, the client is responsible for another payment of any food/florals. So PLEASE, let us know the day before! 

ADVENTURE AND MOUNTAIN PICNICS:  There are no refunds or rescheduling due to rain/lightning during a picnic. In Montana, the weather can change very quickly and is unpredictable. Whether a picnic can continue or needs to end will be completely at your discretion, since you ultimately decide when and where you go.  

LUXURY PICNICS:  Unfortunately, if it rains or we see rain/lightning is coming in during your picnic, the picnic should end, please quickly gather all items and place in the teepees.  Zip them up then go and take cover.  Again, there are no refunds or rescheduling due to rain/lightning during a picnic. In Montana, the weather can change very quickly and is unpredictable. Whether a picnic can continue or needs to end will be completely at your discretion, since you ultimately in charge, we do not return to your picnic site until the next morning.  Please understand we want you to have the best experience possible, but we don't want you to be out in the rain or in lightning. Safety first!!

Picnics are BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverages). We provide refreshing water to keep you hydrated, but alcoholic drinks are not included.  Please be sure to check local regulations regarding alcohol consumption at your chosen picnic location.
