This picnic comes with a boutique picnic umbrella, table, puff pillows for four, plates, napkins.
We supply blankets if you get cold or if the noseeums are out. We supply all the utensils, wipes, trash bags you will need, bluetooth music, games, flowers, trays, lantern, lots of ambiance. Water and water glasses.
You will be asked many questions in the reservation process... The date you are interested in renting, how many days in your rental, how many people, what your food choices are, what time you would like to pick up your rental and a few other questions.
Your packed picnic may not be "exactly" like these photos, but if so... only slight differences.

ONE NIGHT RENTALS: Return same evening or next morning before 10:00am.
3 NIGHT RENTALS: Return by 10:00 am 4 days from day of pickup.
5 NIGHT RENTALS: Return by 10:00 am 6 from day of pickup.
***We have several resort partners. If you are signed up for one of our resorts picnic special events your pickup location is located at the front desk. Refer to the front desk for pickup times etc.
IS FOOD INCLUDED?
Food and beverage options are available for purchase as an add-on items. When you reserve your picnic, we will ask what add-ons you would like to select. If you do not select any food add-ons, you are welcome to bring your own food items to the picnic. We just ask that you leave any trash in the waste basket.

IS THE PICNIC DIFFICULT TO SET UP
Not at all! Sanibel and Captiva do not allow commercial services on the beaches because it is a sanctuary island. So we have designed each picnic to be light weight and very easy to set up... no right or wrong way. We strive to provide enough photos and videos, so you see how easy it is to set up. If you are worried about carting to the beach we offer beach buggies for rent... they are available as an Add-On when you are reserving your picnic.
CLEAN AND SANITIZED!
Just a word of assurance that everything in the picnic is cleaned, organized, and sanitized after each use!
We require a $30 deposit for your picnic (but no deposit is required for the food) at the time of booking. We will then charge the balance of your picnic on the day of your picnic.
CANCELLATIONS ANYTIME UP TO 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR PICNIC

CANCEL DAY BEFORE / OR MORNING OF YOUR PICNIC
- WILL NOT CHARGE FULL PRICE OF PICNIC & FOOD, WILL KEEP DEPOSIT.
(We have already done a-lot of work to prepare your picnic on the day-of.)
If there is inclement weather forecasted and you would like to reschedule or cancel, we will try to reschedule you free of charge! If there is no availability or you are unable to reschedule, we will NOT charge you for the balance of your reservation, but will not refund the $30 deposit.
CANCEL AFTER 12:00 PM DAY OF YOUR PICNIC
- NO CHARGE FOR FOOD, BUT WILL CHARGE FOR YOUR PICNIC CANCELLATION.
GRATUITY / EXTRA FEES AND TAXES?
Gratuity is always optional and so appreciated!

Taxes and service fees are added on to your total.
The weather forecast very frequently calls for showers.
Listen for the difference between scattered showers and a significant storm!
There are strong chances that scattered showers will never hit our Island or will pass by quickly!
Florida weather is very fast moving and the sky often clears up quickly.
BTW The beach is breath-taking after a shower!
WHAT IF I BREAK OR SPILL SOMETHING?
Small spills like water or non-staining liquids will not incur a fee. However, if any surfaces are badly stained, you will be responsible for a special cleaning fee. In the event of a broken or stolen item, a replacement fee will be imposed on the credit card used at the time of booking.
